The East Side Transfer Station accepts only non-hazardous municipal and commercial solid waste. Residential and commercial customers must weigh in and out.

Hours of Operation:

Commercial Receiving Hours:
Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm
Saturday from 7am to 11am

Residential and Cash Receiving Hours:
Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am, 1pm to 3pm
Saturday from 7am to 11am

Payment: Commercial accounts must be on file or pay cash.

City of Buffalo Residents must provide:

2 current forms of identification (utility bills, tax bills or drivers license) to dump up to 2000 pounds of acceptable household waste per year free. Any amount over 2000 pounds cash terms. Questions?

This facility accepts only non-hazardous municipal and commercial solid waste. Unacceptable wastes such as but not limited to paints, oils, propane tanks, tires, hazardous, flammable explosive materials are strictly forbidden.

Illegal or unauthorized use of the facility is strictly prohibited and enforced. Violations will be reported and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The Facility and all transactions are electronically monitored for your protection.
